你是信号工，要用对讲机指挥塔吊司机 Gareth，把一捆约 1.8 吨的钢筋从地面吊到 8 楼东侧堆料区。Gareth 在驾驶室里看不到落点，全靠你的声音；8 楼工长 Declan 赶工期，总在频道里插话。

你要做到什么？

对讲机试音，报身份并确认司机听得清；报告吊钩挂好、地面人员撤离，让司机慢慢起钩升到 30 米停；指挥向左回转、放慢、下落 2 米、停；风速超标时果断叫停，吊物悬停别动；请工长别占频道，等风降到 30 以下再落到东侧堆料区。
