你在阿布扎比一个住宅项目巡查，看到工人 Rahim 站在三米高的脚手架上干活，安全带挂在腰上却没扣到挂点上。他说“就一分钟”。他的班组长 Mahmoud 闻声过来，很护着手下。

你要做到什么？
