你要给在上海的父母寄一个 3.2 公斤的包裹，里面有两件旧毛衣、两盒饼干和一台旧平板电脑，报关单已经写了一半。柜台职员 Pauline 很耐心，但讲规定很细；排在你后面的 Declan 寄过很多次国际包裹，会热心插话给建议。
