今晚包裹量比平时多三成，3 号分拣线的传送带又刚坏了。你是夜班主管，要在开工前当面跟 A 线组长 Gary 和 B 线组长 Kasia 交代：怎么重新分人、先做什么、安全上有哪些硬规定，保证早上六点的车准时发。Gary 觉得人手不够，有点抵触；Kasia 担心新来的临时工跟不上。
