和经理 1:1，英文怎么说？
分五步说就够了：先用 Quick update on … 汇报进度；有坏消息，用 I want to give you a heads-up 提前说，同时给出原因和方案；卡住了，直接说 I'm blocked on … 请经理帮忙；留一两分钟聊自己的成长；最后用 So my action items are …, right? 确认下一步。经理问 How are things going? 时只回一句 Fine.，是最常见、也最可惜的开场。
1:1 上要说哪几件事？
一次 1:1 可以拆成五段：汇报进度、提前说坏消息、请经理帮忙、谈自己的成长、确认下一步。每段记住一两句，就能开口。下面 15 句是开口前整理的 1:1 句卡，例子里你负责一个上传服务。

同一句话，怎么说得更自然？
开口前给每个该你说话的地方准备三档说法：能说清是 B1 水平的短句，先保证对方听懂；自然是同事平时会说的；高密度更紧凑、更地道，但仍然是口语。先做到能说清，再往上走。

中国人在 1:1 上最常犯哪些错？
下面 10 条来自开口前练习包和「计划与进度」单元里的易错提示。前四条不是语法问题，而是说得太笼统、太晚；后面几条是从中文直译、漏词和发音。
